28-Day Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with British Suitcase. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and protective films).
You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made suitcases.
Items purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact our Customer Service Team at info@dealsmania.co.uk
Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the product arrived damaged or defective.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
4. Return Shipping
Domestic Returns: We’ll provide a prepaid return label for faulty or incorrect items.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or shipping error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your suitcase arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
